As Director, Elaine will lead the Public/Government business unit to achieve strategic planning and tactical implementation, portfolio growth, managing the integrated team through all phases of projects, and oversight of successful execution of multiple projects as the executive in charge. She
will be responsible to consult with the client to ensure value management, design and construction quality, project cost and schedule. Elaine is an accomplished leader in managing significant capital programs and projects.

“Either in the role as the client or providing construction management or consulting services to clients, I am inspired by complex projects and programs including; development of campus master plans and capital improvement programs, providing program budgets and schedules, preparing individual project costs and schedules, determining procurement strategies, and oversight of design and construction. Providing the best value with uncompromised quality, utilizing a collaborative/team approach is a consistent personal and professional goal.”
