Jon brings more than 20 years of experience in the Development, Design, Engineering and Construction industry, with most of his experience being within the Life Sciences, Mission Critical and Aviation / Aerospace Industries. Jon’s is a former COO with an extensive background within operational excellence and is a Certified Six Sigma Green Belt by the Quality Institute of America. Jon’s aptitude is extremely well versed in proactively managing projects full scale from his time on the owner’s side of the desk to working for a developer and a top tier brokerage firm to a premier manufacturing company and eventually as a design and build construction manager for projects as well.
Jon is critically involved with projects from initial concept through completion and is a connector in the industry and has often brought clients to our clients. He rolls up his sleeves and ensures team success in managing expectations for all parties involved with both budget and schedule.
Jon brings an extensive expertise in all phases of Life Sciences in supporting clients in design, engineering and construction within R&D/Discovery (Incubator and startup), Pre-Clinical/Clinical Research, Manufacturing, Commercialization and Post Market Research. He brings a very diverse open minded and focused approach to solve problems and ensure company and team success. He truly elevates the bar for himself, his team and ensuring the client and their clients can focus on solving rare and genetic diseases while Jon and his team create the world class facilities that enable his clients to achieve their stated goals.

My Faith, Family and Fellowship are the drivers that inspire me every day.
I am a Blessed father of two Amazing children (Rebekah & JT) and husband to my Beautiful wife (Nicole) and am a faithful follower of Christ. At the age of 6, I was diagnosed with severe asthma; however, with God’s provision, I was Healed of asthma and was able to play football on full athletic scholarship at LSU. I was then honored as Team Captain my senior year of LSU’s football team. I have been mentoring young men for over 30 years and try to bless them with all I have been blessed with.
I believe every day is an opportunity to make an impact on someone or something and this fuels my passion to truly move the needle and make a positive impact daily.
