Culver Oasis

This project will transform a triangular site into a mixed-use space with significant public access.

The project will create a community gathering space with modern retail and restaurants; provide much-needed mixed-income, multi-family housing; and improve the overall look and functionality of this gateway property with elegant architecture and publicly accessible spaces, along with investments in mobility infrastructure for all modes of transportation. The project will include 28,800 square feet of publicly accessible park, plaza, paseo and courtyard space. It will also offer neighborhood-serving retail, cafes, grocery and office to meet the needs of the local community. Residentially, the project will provide 230 mixed income apartment homes.
