Clayco provided construction services for this 850,000-square-foot Amazon warehouse distribution center with Mezzanines totaling 2,300,000 square feet in Kansas City, Missouri.

The structure is made out of tilt-up concrete panels and structural steel, the parking area is made of both asphalt and concrete paving, the roofing material is a mechanically attached TPO roof membrane. A TI portion of this project includes office finishes, mechanical and electrical work and design-build fire protection components. The facility was delivered in approximately thirteen months.

Clayco has built this client distribution centers in Indiana, Virginia and New Jersey and is building another 850,000-square-foot facility in Chicago.
