The distribution facility’s interior was designed to mimic the retail stores with bright blue walls at the office entrance and playful placement of windows. The tilt-up concrete structure serves The Children’s Place and Disney Store retail outlets in the southern United States. The facility features 17,000-square-feet of office space, 100 double-loaded dock doors, a 100,000-square-foot mezzanine, conveyors, racking and lift trucks.
