Intended to support Midwest operations for CVS, this distribution center in Kansas City will be built by Clayco and designed by its subsidiary, Forum Studio. Encompassing over 750,000-square-feet, the facility is 40’ clear with material handling equipment including multi-level pick modules, conveyors, and racking.

Construction broke ground in early 2017 and is expected to be completed by mid-2018. The project includes 80,000-square-feet of concrete mezzanine, 120,000-square-feet of steel mezzanine, an 85,000-square-foot DEA-controlled pharmaceutical storage area, and a 20,000-square-foot office space.

Forum Studio will serve as the architect on the project.
