Clayco completed a $75 million facility for Dollar General in Janesville, Wisconsin. The nearly 1 million-square-foot project includes warehouse and office space, a truck maintenance facility, and two guardhouses.

The facility will feature shrinkage compensating concrete floors, as well as heating and cooling using ammonia, gycol and water piped throughout the building.

More than 2.9 million square feet of concrete paving surrounds the distribution center to accommodate Dollar General’s semi-truck fleet. The retailer plans to employ 550 workers at the facility.
