Located in Atlanta, this 1.2 million-square-foot distribution facility is fully tempered space, with precast walls with conventional steel joist and deck roof and offers 42” clear height. Included is 10,000-square-feet for administration and an employee wellness center. Outbuildings include a truck maintenance facility, dispatch office and two guardhouses at in-bound and out-bound entrances. The site consists of roughly 150 acres with 700,000-cubic-yards of soils to move and 250,000-cubic-yards of rock to blast and 2.1 million-square-feet of exterior concrete paving. The project is expected to be completed in fall of 2017.
