This project included renovation of two suites, two clubs, the press box and control room, as well as seating and bowl improvements.

America’s Center selected Clayco as the capital improvement program manager for the Edward Jones Dome, home of the St. Louis Rams, to maintain the facility within the top 25 percent of the National Football League. Clayco was responsible for ensuring the design and construction at the Edward Jones Dome met the agreed upon budgets and time schedules.

Clayco, Inc. acted on behalf of the America’s Center to solicit an architect, establish quality standards, and managed the design such that the cost of the work was within the Owner established budget. After soliciting and procuring the subcontracting agreements, Clayco implemented the work and coordinated all resources, including vendors provided by the Owner directly, around the events at the facility. Clayco also managed the MBE/WBE process and confirmed that the work was in accordance with City guidelines.

The project included renovation of two suites, two clubs, the press box and control room, as well as seating and bowl improvements. The 18,000-square-foot Bud Light Zone Suite features a large sports bar for all patrons, a projection screen and multiple televisions to view the game. Two existing suites were combined to create a 2,500-square-foot suite offering patrons a bar, three restrooms, bowl seating and a buffet serving area. The 18,000-square-foot Rams Club underwent a complete makeover that included two new rear projection screens and custom wood finishes. Structural demolition was required to remove existing structural platforms. Clayco added new structural steel and concrete to the South Premium Club. After renovations, the 15,600-square-foot South Premium Club holds 288 new seats in the ticketed bowl area. New framing and finishes were installed on the Press Box and Control Room after 2,800 square feet of selective demolition to the open area. Twenty-four removable, ticketed seat platforms were added on each end of the field in the Seating & Bowl area.

In addition to Dome renovations, Clayco also completed locker room improvements. In the home team locker room, Clayco installed a logo carpet and new lockers, paint and ceilings. In the visiting team locker room, Clayco reinstalled existing lockers, carpet and ceilings.
