Clayco served as both the developer and design-builder on this 234,000-square-foot office and data center in NorthPark, a 600-acre mixed-use collaboration between Clayco and McEagle.

The facility is near the Express Scripts Technology & Innovation Center and the Corporation’s headquarter buildings on the campus of the University of Missouri-Saint Louis. Costing $36 million, this core and shell project was completed on a fast-track schedule. Featuring a 13,000-square-foot data center with high levels of security provisions and backup systems, the facility was constructed of tilt-up panels over structural steel framing. The massive concrete panels measure nearly 60 feet high and 30 feet wide and weigh up to 230,000 pounds.
