Fresenius Kabi’s recently completed facility’s products and services are used to help care for critically and chronically ill patients around the world.
Clayco and Lamar Johnson Collaborative were awarded the design and construction of Fresenius Kabi’s new 590,525-square-foot regional office and processing facility. The German-based manufacturer specializes in lifesaving medicines and technologies for infusion, transfusion and clinical nutrition.
Co-developed as a joint venture between CRG and Venture One, the building is located on a 47 acre parcel of land within the Stateline 94 Corporate Park. The shell is constructed of a precast and structural steel, and includes 44 dock positions, two drive-in doors, approximately 15,000 square feet of office space and a 24,000-square-foot DEA Vault. There is parking for 200 cars and 25 trailers.
