Clayco and Lamar Johnson Collaborative were awarded the design and construction of Fresenius Kabi’s new 590,525-square-foot regional office and processing facility. The German based manufacturer specializes in lifesaving medicines and technologies for infusion, transfusion and clinical nutrition.
Co-developed as a joint venture between CRG and Venture One, the building is located on a 47 acre parcel of land within the Stateline 94 Corporate Park. The shell is constructed of a precast and structural steel, and includes 44 dock positions, two drive-in doors, approximately 15,000 square feet of office space and a 24,000-square-foot DEA Vault. There is parking for 200 cars and 25 trailers.
