This project includes the design and construction of an 160,000-square-foot state of the art food processing facility comprised of approximately 88,000-square-foot production, 20,000-square-foot freezer, 12,000-square-foot office and 40,000-square-foot of support area. The building is designed as a steel frame structure with 34’ clear height, insulated metal panel and tilt-up concrete exterior walls, sustainable design features, central ammonia system and 12 exterior dock positions, 30 trailer positions and a 170-car parking located on a 50-acre parcel in Opelika, Alabama.
