Clayco provided turnkey design-build delivery for Hyundai Motor America’s 351,000-square-foot distribution and training center in Prime Aurora Business Park in Aurora, Illinois, meeting critical delivery dates. Design of the Prime 351 Building, developed by Prime Group Realty Trust (PGRT), allowed Hyundai to begin moving auto parts into the warehouse only three months after Clayco began actual construction. The office portion was completed in four months, allowing Hyundai to move within its aggressive timetable.

The remaining 320,000 square feet is used to distribute Hyundai auto parts. The facility features a state-of-the-art ESFR sprinkler system, 35-foot clear ceiling heights and 30-dock positions.
Located along Interstate 88 off Orchard Road, Prime Aurora Business Park is fully improved with city utilities and fiber optic sites. Clayco completed a 257,600-square-foot distribution facility for Prime Group Realty Trust. Amurol Confections Co., a division of W. M. Wrigley Co., is the anchor tenant in that building.
