This is an integrated design-build project including Clayco, Lamar Johnson Collaborative and Concrete Strategies. Orange Regional Medical Center commissioned Lamar Johnson Collaborative to master plan their campus anticipating the future needs of their community.
This $18.5 million project will be a 3-level, 600+ space parking garage with an ambulance bay and bridge connecting to the existing hospital. This new garage will offer the campus a chance to grow into much more with the Emergency Department Expansion that Lamar Johnson Collaborative is actively designing.
