Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin

This facility’s products and services are used to help care for critically and chronically ill patients around the world.

Clayco and Lamar Johnson Collaborative have been awarded the design and construction of a new 590,525-square-foot regional office and processing facility for a global healthcare company. The German based manufacturer specializes in lifesaving medicines and technologies for infusion, transfusion and clinical nutrition.

Co-developed as a joint venture between CRG and Venture One, the building is located on a 47 acre parcel of land within the Stateline 94 Corporate Park. The shell will be constructed of a precast and structural steel, and include 44 dock positions, two drive-in doors, approximately 15,000 square feet of office space and a 24,000-square-foot DEA Vault. There will also be parking for 200 cars and 25 trailers. Project completion is scheduled for June 01, 2020.
