Clayco designed and built this 300,000-square-foot expansion to Soft Surroundings’ existing Home Decorators Warehouse. The original warehouse was also designed and built by Clayco in 1997.

The Soft Surroundings addition includes a 6,000-square-foot office and breakroom area, a warehouse with 34’ clear height, and 19 new dock stations. The project was completed in December 2016.
