The new lobby was completely redesigned to feature a more contemporary look.
Clayco recently finished the first phase of renovations to the existing 500,000-square-foot Stifel Financial building located at 501 North Broadway in downtown St. Louis. Initial renovations included a new lobby with second floor areas, an updated entrance at Broadway and Washington, a new statue plaza and exterior modifications including new lighting and entry modifications. The new lobby was completely redesigned to feature a more contemporary look.
The building includes Stifel Financial’s offices, along with other tenants.
Phase one of the project was completed in 2014 and phase two is currently underway. Phase two includes renovations to office levels seven through 12, totaling 198,000-square-feet, which will be phased out over the next 14 months.
