Sunmark Companies manufactures a variety of over-the-counter candy products. Clayco provided the new 18,000-square-foot facility for the manufacturing and distribution of those products. In addition, as part of the complete turnkey design-build package, Clayco provided the manpower required to install manufacturing equipment and conveyor lines.

The design evolved from the inside out. Clayco first developed a design to accommodate the interior manufacturing processes and then a shell to contain those processes and distribution methods.
