Washington University Child Care Center & Office

This project is a 35,500-square-foot renovation of existing office space that will become the new BJC/Washington University School of Medicine childcare facility.

Along with the renovation, the project includes exterior improvements and a new playground.

This project will further strengthen Clayco’s and Lamar Johnson Collaborative’s relationship with WUSM and our teams are currently working with us on studies for other significant work to their medical campus.
