Albion, Clayco Break Ground on 30-Story Albion West End Residential Tower in St. Louis
ST. LOUIS, MO — September 18, 2025 — Albion Residential and Clayco broke ground today on Albion West End, a 30-story residential tower that will serve as a striking gateway to St. Louis’s Central West End. St. Louis Mayor Cara Spencer joined Albion, Clayco, and community dignitaries to mark the occasion. The project brings together a best-in-class team, including developer Albion Residential, Koplar Properties, design firm Lamar Johnson Collaborative (LJC), builder Clayco, façade partner Ventana, and concrete contractor Concrete Strategies.
“This project reflects the kind of growth and investment that strengthens our neighborhoods and our entire city,” said Mayor Cara Spencer. “Albion West End will bring new housing, vibrant retail, and architectural distinction to the Central West End. Developments like this tell of a bright future for St. Louis.”
Located at 4974 Lindell Boulevard, Albion West End is set to become a landmark addition to the city’s skyline. The development will feature 305 luxury residences ranging from studios to three-bedroom units, along with ground-floor retail. Amenities will include a resort-style pool deck, rooftop terrace with panoramic city views, and hospitality-inspired communal spaces designed to foster connection and well-being.
