As Vice President of Preconstruction & Procurement Strategy, Conor Tighe leads the integration of preconstruction, estimating, operations, and Clayco’s integrated services to optimize project delivery and mitigate risk. With more than 22 years of experience in the design-build industry, Conor brings a strategic approach to identifying challenges and opportunities early in the process, ensuring successful outcomes across diverse market sectors. His leadership has supported transformative projects for major clients such as Rivian, Panasonic, Agilent Technologies, and STEMCELL Technologies. Conor holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from DePaul University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Chicago School of Law
