Paul DePenning, Senior Vice President of Life Sciences, has been in the construction industry for more than 40 years. Paul is well-versed in managing the details of complex life science construction projects. Paul works to ensure the technical coordination for the design and build-out of complex projects are established and well-coordinated so that these facility spaces are delivered on time and within budget while minimizing the risk of any downtime. His 30+ years of complex project experience will help bridge the gap between design and construction during the early design process to mitigate scope gap while being collaborative with the entire team.
