Tony provides consistency for the leadership team though all project phases. He is involved in the preconstruction and construction process. In preconstruction, Tony works on value analysis, budget, schedule, BIM and LEED implementation, and constructability review. During construction, Tony manages the team, works closely with the client and oversees schedule and budget implementation.
