Clayco was the design-builder for this 1,020,253-square-foot speculative warehouse located in Lockbourne, Ohio. The facility utilizes a tilt-up structural type and features 36’ clear heights. With close proximity to the Norfolk Southern rail line and Rickenbacker International Airport, the development provides access to major distribution and supply routes within the region.
