The 62,476-square-foot professional office building houses private physician offices and Baylor’s 13,000-square-foot Outpatient Imaging Center on the first floor.

Developed by Trammell Crow Co., Baylor Medical Plaza is constructed of architectural cast-in-place concrete with structural steel supports. The building has two different foundations. The imaging areas required installation of special copper/lead shielding. Located next to Grapevine Surgicare, which Clayco previously completed, the office building is off State Highway 114 near Wall Street.
