The office features extensive tile flooring and carpeting, eucalyptus wood wall paneling, and millwork finishing. Glass walls and glass doors highlight conference rooms. The office is located on the ninth floor of Centene Plaza, for which Clayco provided development, design and construction management services.

Recognizing value in preserving and protecting the communities it serves, Cassidy Turley chose to build the offices to achieve environmental credits for LEED certification. Sustainable features include maximizing natural light and outdoor views through strategic space planning and the incorporation of large expanses of glass and the use of 20 percent low-emitting adhesives, sealants, flooring systems, composite woods and agrifiber. More than 25 percent of the glass, wall base, floor laminate and tile was made from recycled content and manufactured locally. Throughout construction, the team salvaged or recycled more than 75 percent of construction waste.
