Clayco is constructing a new 800,000-square-foot distribution center for NorthPoint Development in Goodyear, Arizona. This center will be leased to Chewy.com, an online pet food retailer. Clayco is also working on another distribution center meant for Chewy.com in Luzerne County, Pennsylvania.

This new distribution center will facilitate the shipment of pet food and other pet products to Chewy.com consumers throughout the Southwest.
