Clayco was the design-builder for this 795,000 square-foot, cross-dock fulfillment center for Chewy.com in Reno, Nevada. This new distribution center facilitates the shipment of pet food and other pet products to Chewy.com consumers throughout the Southwest.
Construction for this facility included shallow foundation systems, concrete slab-on-grade, conventional steel framing and metal roof deck, load-bearing site-cast concrete wall panels, storefront glass, a mechanically fastened TPO roof system, and a full coverage ESFR fire suppression system. In addition, Clayco installed the complete design-build mechanical, electrical, fire alarm, and plumbing systems.
