Clayco built this fulfillment center for NorthPoint Development in Luzerne County, Pennsylvania. The center is leased to online pet food retailer Chewy.com. The new 800,000-square-foot warehouse and distribution center assists in the shipment of dog and cat food, as well as other pet products, to the growing consumer base located in the Northeast.

The building was constructed with shallow foundation systems, concrete slab-on-grade, conventional steel framing and metal roof deck, load bearing and insulated precast concrete wall panels, storefront glass and a mechanically fastened TPO roof system. The warehouse and distribution center includes a full coverage ESFR fire suppression system, as well as complete mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
