Clayco has completed design-build work on the 230,000-square-foot CityPlace Three office building using fast-track scheduling. The 11-story complex was designed in an urban style and features granite on the floors as well as the walls, and large expanses of wood paneling and glass. The two-story lobby is highlighted with a fountain to welcome tenants and guests.

The CityPlace Three complex is set in the middle of suburban Creve Coeur. Koman wanted to offer tenants amenities that would be found in a more urban setting. These urban amenities include an executive-level restaurant that is among several dining choices within and around the complex, dry cleaning services, a convenience store, concierge services, a 5,500-square-foot fitness center complete with personal trainers and a 5,000-square-foot conference/training center.
