All three buildings were constructed simultaneously.
Clayco provided complete turnkey services, including all architectural, engineering, construction coordination and interior finishes, for Troy Concept Center, a three-building, 287,350-square-foot office complex on a 16.4-acre site in Troy, Michigan.
With internal steel frames, the buildings are constructed of light and medium beige architectural cast-in-place concrete panels, accented by light and dark green windows, chrome glass bands, full-height curtain wall systems and granite. The first floor of each building features 14-foot ceilings to allow showroom, display and engineering laboratory uses. Each building includes a fiber optic communications spine and state-of-the-art climate control and mechanical systems. Two of the three buildings are connected by a two-story enclosed walkway. All three buildings were constructed simultaneously.
A significant fountain feature, as well as trees, shrubbery and flowers, grace the center of the complex. Parking is provided for 1,150 vehicles in a carefully design and landscaped lot.
