Clayco, in collaboration with LJC, is delivering a state-of-the-art 1.2 million-square-foot distribution facility on a 69.76-acre site in Winlock, Washington. This expansive project includes integrated office spaces and comprehensive site development, designed to optimize logistics and operational efficiency. Strategically situated between Seattle and Portland, the facility serves as a pivotal hub in the Pacific Northwest’s supply chain network. The design emphasizes scalability and incorporates advanced construction methodologies to meet the evolving needs of the client.
