Clayco is building the newest AR Sort facility prototype on the West Coast for this confidential e-commerce client. These facilities are becoming smaller in footprint but bigger in workable space. The footprint is 640,000 square feet with three additional wall-to-wall levels creating a total area of 2,642,519 square feet.

The structure is made up of load bearing concrete tilt-up panels and structural steel. The building is over 75-ft tall, which makes its panels some of the tallest and heaviest ever built in the country.

The truck areas are concrete paving with the auto parking being asphalt. The building has over 70 dock positions and 2 drive-in doors. HVAC, electrical and plumbing are hard bids while the fire protection is design assist.
