Clayco’s New St. Louis Office – Berkeley, Missouri
Berkeley, Missouri
Corporate Woods Office Park was the first Class A office park in Missouri to feature all building exteriors rendered in cast-in-place architectural concrete panels. The campus consists of three four-story buildings containing 424,000 square feet. Located on a 30-acre site off Earth City Expressway at Interstate 70, the office park is valued at $50 million.
Clayco completed the park’s first building, a 128,000-square-foot world headquarters for national grocery wholesaler/retailer Save-A-Lot, Ltd. It was followed by two speculative structures, Corporate Woods II and Corporate Woods III, each hosting more than 140,000 square feet. Lead tenants in the former building are Group Health Plan, The Earthgrains Co. and State Farm Insurance Co. Advanced Solutions, Inc., a subsidiary of SBC Communications, Inc., pre-leased all of Corporate Woods III prior to its completion.
The contemporary-styled Corporate Woods II and III feature buff-colored exteriors encircled by bands of green-tinted punch windows and distinguished by green reflective glass curtainwalls. Inside, lobbies blend the materials that define the exterior with granite pavers, fresco and glass.
