Located in Longview, Texas, this 1.2 million-square-foot distribution facility for Dollar General is fully tempered space, with precast walls with conventional steel joist and deck roof and offers 42” clear height. Included is 10,000 square feet for administration and an employee wellness center. Outbuildings include a truck maintenance facility, dispatch office and two guardhouses at in-bound and out-bound entrances. The site consists of roughly 150 acres with 700,000 cubic yards of soils to move and 250,000 cubic yards of rock to blast and 2.1 million square feet of exterior concrete paving. The project was completed in Q4 of 2018.
