Clayco completed a 122,252-square-foot speculative office building in Earth City, Missouri for Riverport Commons IV. The project was completed on an aggressive time frame to meet the needs of the major tenant. Using design-build delivery methods, Clayco was able to meet challenges in a timely and cost-effective manner.
In order to meet the needs of the tenant, Clayco coordinated and integrated computer and communications requirements into the base design. In addition, Clayco poured decks out of sequence to allow for construction of technology infrastructure to commence.
