Clayco completed work on EpiCentre, a retail and entertainment center in downtown Charlotte, North Carolina. The Ghazi Company was the developer of the project that surrounds a 48-story condominium tower on a three-acre downtown site with a 10-story Starwood A-Loft Hotel. Two three-story buildings feature entertainment, restaurants and retail outlets, a multi-screen movie theater building, a parking garage, and a two-level outdoor plaza for a total of 936,000 square feet. The entertainment center is located where the city’s convention center previously stood at Trade and College streets.
