The building includes fiber optics infrastructure and enhanced mechanical systems and is served by a connected parking deck.

Clayco constructed the 145,000-square-foot Highlands Plaza One office building, home to Daniel and Henry Company and A.G. Edwards. The five-story office building was constructed using architectural cast-in-place concrete panels. Highlands Plaza One features green-tinted glass bays, sunscreens and a sweeping, curved roofline. Some of the concrete panels are 57-feet tall and required the creation of a new 52-foot panel brace that enables tilt-up construction in taller buildings. The $22 million building includes fiber optics infrastructure and enhanced mechanical systems and is served by a connected 582-vehicle parking deck.
