The focal point of this two-building complex is a shared courtyard with beautiful landscape and hardscape features, including a decorative water fountain. The two buildings, located in Sunset Hills, total 124,000 square feet of office space. Each building has two covered parking decks to supplement the overall parking requirements. The buildings are constructed with a brick veneer wall system with large expanses of energy-efficient glass that take advantage of the view into St. Louis’ 25-acre Laumeier sculpture gardens. One of the key tenants in the project was Anheuser Busch Companies Management Systems Group, which offered Clayco a unique opportunity to create an interior design of the highest quality.
