Developed by CRG in partnership with American Realty Advisors, Clayco completed a 537,753-square-foot speculative distribution warehouse in St. Louis, Missouri located in NorthPark business park.

The warehouse includes 32’ clear heights, 50’ x 57’ column spacing, 94 dock doors, LED lighting, EDFR sprinkler system and above standard auto and trailer parking. Currently, the site has approximately nine acres of additional land for expansion or parking available. Also included with the development is a 25-year tax abatement, Missouri Super TIF eligibility, and foreign trade zoning.

NorthPark business park is currently home to Express Scripts global headquarters 1 & 2, Express Scripts High Volume Filler, Office and Data Center, Vatterot College, a Staples distribution center, and a Hilton Garden Inn. NorthPark is the county’s “Flagship Development” implementing a “Comprehensive Master Planned Business Park.” Office users (50,000-square-feet and larger) have very few options to consider, which is where NorthPark stands alone.
