Clayco completed a three-phased tenant build-out for the OfficeMax Solutions corporate headquarters in Itasca, Illinois Located at 150 Pierce Road in the Hamilton Lakes Office Park, the six-story, 185,000-square-foot office building was completed in three phases to accommodate the fast-track relocation of OfficeMax Solutions personnel from other locations.

Home to 600 OfficeMax Solutions associates, the new facility serves as a hub for domestic and international employees. The new headquarters features office space, a conference and training center, and a full-service kitchen. Clayco’s tenant finish work is showcased throughout the facility, from lobbies to the boardroom and kitchen, as well as in executive office spaces. Clayco also enclosed a loading dock area adjacent to the existing building.
