Clayco completed a 64,000-square-foot, five-floor renovation and expansion of the downtown St. Louis office for Polsinelli, a national law firm and one of the largest firms in the St. Louis area. The office consolidated two local offices into the Deloitte Building and features a communicating stairway facilitating convenient access from the seventh floor to the 11th floor. Building amenities include state-of-the art offices for approximately 95 attorneys, conference rooms, support areas, a lunchroom and a multi-purpose room.
