The design provides state-of-the-art improvements to encourage partnerships among the area’s community organizations, adjacent elementary and middle schools, and nearby Belmont University.

Clayco completed design-build of the $9 million Belmont University Athletic Complex in Nashville, Tennessee, as part of a revolutionary shared facilities concept. The design provides state-of-the-art improvements to encourage partnerships among the area’s community organizations, adjacent elementary and middle schools, and nearby Belmont University. The project was completed using fast-track construction techniques.

The 24-acre project features a walking track, a 750-seat baseball venue with synthetic turf, a 250-seat softball field with natural grass, and 300-seat track and soccer facility with synthetic turf. Construction also included a single-story, 5,150-square-foot training center that meets NCAA Division I standards with exercise and locker rooms, as well as concession areas.
