Clayco completed tenant improvements of a 16,392-square-foot of previously unoccupied office space on the 40th floor of 300 E. Randolph in Chicago, Illinois. The build-out provided the headquarters for Roundarch, Inc., which is a web design company specializing in digital experiences for some of the world’s largest companies.
To provide a teaming environment over 60% of the work areas will be open work stations located in neighborhoods dedicated to specific clients and projects. This open office environment allows the team sizes to “ebb and flow” as the project dictates. The space also includes multiple state of the art audio-visual components, furniture and writable surface walls to promote collaboration within the team. In addition to the technological features of the office space, the high floor location offers outstanding views of Chicago’s Millennium Park, Navy Pier, and the Chicago skyline.
