Clayco provided a 47,800-square-foot tenant finish for Stinson Morrison Hecker LLP, a leading law firm in Missouri. The project relocated more than 100 of the law firm’s attorneys and staff to the 10th and 11th floors of Centene Plaza, for which Clayco provided development, design and construction management services. Executed with the law firm’s clients in mind, the office includes ample conference room space to host continuing legal education programs and other events. A learning lab with top-of-the-line technology for best-in-class video conferencing systems is specially equipped to facilitate internal training programs. Other features that enhance the office space include Skyfold partitions, bamboo paneling and ceilings, and 3form® acrylic panels as an effort to achieve LEED certification.
