Clayco will be the design-builder for this 1.6 million-square-foot institutional-quality business park on the former Intel campus in DuPont, Washington. CRG is the developer and Lamar Johnson Collaborative is the architect on the project.
The Cubes at DuPont includes an existing 340,000-square-foot facility that will undergo extensive capital improvements. Phase 1 of the development will include a 750,200-square-foot, state-of-the art distribution facility. Phase 2 includes a 494,900-square-foot, state-of-the art distribution facility. Construction will begin summer 2018.
