The Cubes at French Lake

CRG is developing The Cubes at French Lake – the largest speculative industrial site in Minneapolis to date.

The Cubes at French Lake will encompass 74.4-acres with 400,000 – 1,006,880 square feet of potential space. The site offers immediate access to U.S. Interstates 94.

Once completed, the million square foot cross-dock warehouse will offer industry-leading features offered by The Cubes – CRG’s North American industrial brand that features include 40’ clear height, ESFR sprinkler systems, high efficiency LED lighting, ample dock doors, trailer storage, and car parks associated with the new state-of-the-art industrial distribution centers sought out by the nation’s leading companies.

Clayco will serve as the design-builder and its subsidiary Lamar Johnson Collaborative is the architect on the project.
