Located in the Chesterfield Commons development, the 39,400-square-foot two-story building includes 18,000 square feet of retail space at street level designed for 11 tenants and 20,600 square feet of office space on the second floor. The office floor is designed to accommodate single or multiple tenants and has a separate entrance on the north side of the building that can be accessed by elevator. Blends of reddish-brown brick and white stone veneer make up the exterior and features gray-tinted glass wrap around the second floor with a synthetic slate tile roof housing recessed HVAC units.
