In addition to premier office space, the project includes a restaurant, retail space and an underground office parking structure.

Located at Carondelet Plaza and Hanley Road in Clayton, Mo., the $165 million Plaza in Clayton is one of the largest design-build projects of its kind in the United States.

St. Louis’ premier office project was on the fast-track from inception and was finished less than 20 months after Clayco began construction. In addition, the project includes a restaurant, retail space and an underground office parking structure for 1,271 vehicles. The office and residential towers are connected by an outdoor promenade and low-rise retail space. Luxury condominium residences are available for sale and display units are open.

The Plaza in Clayton is comprised of a 16-story, 341,000-square-foot office tower and a 30-story, 387,000-square-foot residential tower with luxury condominium residences range from 7,608 to 2,293 square feet. Retail space is located on the lower level above an eight-level underground office parking structure. The exterior neo-classical design is finished off with red brick and architectural windows.
