This project was the renovation and consolidation of the USPS Postal and Distribution Center.

Clayco was the design-builder for the renovation and consolidation of the USPS Postal and Distribution Center, as well as for the addition, which accommodates a new mail processing and distribution center. The expansion was built using tilt-up concrete strategies. The project features numerous green elements, including a high performance building envelope, high efficiency HVAC, lighting and controls, use of recycled content and regional materials and storm water mitigation measures.
